Any promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers are subject to their own specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

In particular, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to our interests, the interests of other users, or the integrity of the Services. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jiujiang Qiangfangke Trading Co., Ltd., its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees -- including reasonable professional fees and costs of legal representation -- arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You will not settle any claim without our prior written consent if the settlement requires any admission of liability or fault by us or imposes any obligation on us beyond the payment of money that is fully indemnified by you.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Services. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim, action, or proceeding that is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it. Your indemnification obligations are in addition to, and not in place of, any other remedies that may be available to us under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter -- including non-contractual disputes or claims -- will be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and will take place in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, China.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial. Nothing in this section will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms published by us on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jiujiang Qiangfangke Trading Co., Ltd. concerning the Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and us regarding the subject matter.
Severability. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, utility failures, Internet or telecommunications disruptions, or epidemics and pandemics.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by email to the email address you have provided to us, by posting a notice on the website, or through other reasonable means. Notices sent by email will be deemed received when the email is sent. Notices posted on the website will be deemed received when they are posted.
